My dad has a really bad cold and cough, and the doctor recommended surgery based on his CT scan report. I'm a bit worried and wanted to get a second opinion can you take a look at the scan results and let me know if surgery is really necessary?

I'm having a really tough time with chest congestion, breathing issues, and a persistent cough, especially with the change in seasons. I also have allergies to dust. Yes u can take vaccination only if they are free from fever and other symptoms.Side-effects of vaccination include rash,fever,headache ,nausea, and allergic reactions.
