My dad's been struggling with a cold and cough, and there's phlegm too. He's also lost his sense of taste and is feeling really weak. I'm getting worried. Is this something to be concerned about, and what should we do next?

View allI've been dealing with a wet cough for the last three years, but I haven't noticed any other symptoms like fever, unexpected weight loss, or feeling sick generally. I'm really concerned whether this could be tuberculosis. Could you suggest what tests I should consider for diagnosing TB? Also, does the Quantiferon Gold TB test effectively diagnose TB with just one test?
yes can help and do CBNAAT

I'm really worried because I've been coughing for two weeks now, and it's getting to the point where sometimes when I cough really hard, it completely blocks my throat and I can't breathe. It's scary, and on top of that, I've actually thrown up what I've just eaten a few times. I already saw a general doctor, but the meds they gave me aren't doing anything. Can you tell me which specialist I should talk to about this?

I've been recovering from a mild case of COVID. My CT scan showed a value of 725 about 17 days ago. Lately, for the past 10 days, I've noticed this tightness and stiffness in my chest, though there's no pain. Could you let me know what's going on? Should I be worried about this?
repeat one chest xray
