My dad's oxygen levels are fluctuating between 94 and 97. It usually drops a bit after dinner and tends to be higher around noon. He's got asthma, so I'm wondering, would it help if he took steam and did breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom? Any suggestions on how we can improve his oxygen level?

View allI was hoping to get some advice about my recovery. I had a negative antigen test on August 25th, but by the 27th, I started having fever and weakness, and then on the 29th, I experienced breathing issues. After going for a HRCT on August 30th, it showed Co Rad 4, and I got admitted the same day. I went through a week of treatment with Remedesivir, Meropenam, and Azithromycin, among other things. After being discharged 10 days ago, I took a 5-day course of Fluvir and some other medicines. Now, my pulse and oxygen levels are stable, but I'm still feeling weak. Do you think I need to take any medicine for the weakness, or should I talk to a doctor about it? Is this kind of weakness normal after such treatments?

His main issues are shortness of breath and constant fatigue, and he has a cough that just won't clear up. Could you please suggest any solutions or advice on how to help him?

I've been feeling really unwell since I accidentally inhaled carbon monoxide from the stove while taking steam. I didnt realize that breathing in those fumes could be harmful, so I kept doing it three times a day for about two months. Now Im having symptoms like nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, and an itchy throat. I'm worried about whether this could lead to any lung diseases or even cancer. Could you please let me know if these symptoms are related and if I should be concerned about any serious health issues?
