My dad's really struggling with his COPD. He can barely walk 20 meters without having trouble breathing. He's taking Trinose, Montelukast, Acebrophylline, and Finofixodine tablets, plus an inhaler, but it doesnt seem to be helping much. Is there anything else we can try or do for better relief? Its really worrying me.

I'm trying to make sense of a chest ultrasound report and figure out if a pleural effusion should be drained. Is there any way to tell how much fluid is too much, or any specific measurements I should be looking for? I'm really unsure about what indicates a need for drainage.

I'm really worried about my brother. His report shows he has Mycobacterium TB. Could you help me understand if this means it's in the early or late stage? Also, he coughed up a small amount of blood this morning and is having really bad chest pain. What stage might this be?
