My daughter has had typhoid twice. Her first Widal test showed O: 160, H: 80, and the second test showed O: 160, H: 160. The most recent test shows O: 80. Could you please advise if there are any complications for my child and suggest what steps or precautions we should take next?

If current titer is 1:80, it may indicate past infection or early typhoid. If she is well now, no major concern. Repeat Widal only if symptoms reappear.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Widal Test Test
