My daughter keeps having streaks of blood in her mucus almost every morning. The ENT specialist mentioned that something might be stuck in her nose. Does that sound right? Could there be another reason for this bleeding? It happens so often, and I'm starting to get really concerned.

I've been having this pain in the back of my throat for a while now, like 3 months, and even though Ive seen a few doctors, they didnt seem worried. But I finally saw a gastroenterologist who said I have reflux and also treated me for an intestine infection, which is better now. The chest pain's still there though, and he thought it might be osteochondritis but said it should go if the infection cleared up, which hasn't happened. Im mostly worried because I noticed really dark veins in my throat, and even after finishing a treatment for a throat infection a few days back, there's still some pain. Also, my ear started inflaming about 4 months ago, and while ibuprofen helped last month, it's bothering me again, especially at night. Could this all be connected somehow?
Its good that youve been working with doctors to address your symptoms, but since theyve persisted and seem to be affecting multiple areas, it would be helpful to follow up with specialists, like an ENT or a musculoskeletal specialist, to further evaluate your throat, chest, and ear symptoms. Its possible that the ear pain and throat discomfort are related to your GERD or a lingering infection, but a more thorough examination will help provide clarity.

I'm a 27-year-old male, and something really strange has been happening for the past two days. When I try to inflate my mouth like I'm blowing up a balloon, this little area in my right jaw puffs up too. It's a super weird sensation, something I've never felt before. And when I massage the area right below my right ear, I can hear a kind of air bubble popping sound. What could this be, and what should I do about it?
The unusual sensation of a pocket inflating in your right jaw when filling air in your mouth, accompanied by an air-bubble-popping sound when massaging the area, may indicate a temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, a blocked salivary gland, or a rare condition like pneumoparotitis; consult a dentist or an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist for a thorough examination and diagnosis to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.
