My elbow carrying angle is currently 18 degrees but I need to reduce it to 15 degrees or less for my Indian army medical exam. Is there any way to correct this without surgery? I'm really worried it might affect my chances

Carrying angle can't be reduced without surgery—no natural method works for angles >15° if exam has strict cutoff.

View allI'm worried about my chondromalacia diagnosis from a few years ago. I sometimes didn't stick to the doctor's advice about not jumping, running, or folding my knees, and now Im experiencing knee pain whenever I put stress on them. I recently started karate classes that involve a lot of those activities. Is there anything youd recommend I do to manage the pain and keep my knees in good shape while still attending classes?
As advised by the physician , avoid running, exercises ,folding knees, jogging since you are prone to fractures .

we can then consider surgical options.
