My elbow carrying angle is currently 18 degrees but I need to reduce it to 15 degrees or less for my Indian army medical exam. Is there any way to correct this without surgery? I'm really worried it might affect my chances

Carrying angle can't be reduced without surgery—no natural method works for angles >15° if exam has strict cutoff.

I'm currently being treated for a lateral femoral condyle fracture and wearing a long knee brace without surgery. Just got my MRI reports. Wondering if there are any specific exercises, suggestions, or special meds that could help speed up recovery? Really want to get back on my feet faster.
