My electrolytes report showed abnormal results, particularly low sodium levels. I was advised to consult a nearby doctor for further evaluation. One physician, after reviewing the report, recommended taking 2 spoons of table salt twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening to help increase my sodium levels.

Sodium levels are essential for nerve and muscle function. If you were advised salt intake to improve sodium, please follow it but recheck levels in a week. If symptoms like confusion, fatigue, or seizures occur, consult urgently.
