My face seems to be getting darker, even though Im pretty careful about avoiding the sun and staying out of pollution. Im really puzzled because I thought I was taking good care of my skin. Could there be something else going on with it?

You may be experiencing hyperpigmentation. I recommend using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone, such as Melalite cream, to help lighten the dark spots on your skin. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected areas once daily in the evening. Additionally, using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher during the day can help prevent further darkening of the skin. Make sure to consult with a dermatologist before starting any new treatment.

View allI'm dealing with a skin problem and my doctor prescribed me Accura for 10 days. I'm also trying to get pregnant right now, so I'm not sure if I should be taking these tablets. Could you help me figure out if it's okay to take them, or should I avoid using them while I'm trying to conceive?
Accura tablets contain isotretinoin, a retinoid used to treat severe acne and other skin conditions. However, isotretinoin is known to cause birth defects and should be avoided during pregnancy.

I'm a bit confused about the difference between Deriva CMS and Clear Gel. My doctor recommended Deriva CMS for my acne scars, but I'm really wondering if it will actually help reduce them. Also, what exactly is Clear Gel used for? Can you help clarify this for me?
Deriva CMS will likely help with acne scars over time by improving skin texture, reducing dark spots, and stimulating collagen production. It may not fully eliminate deep scars, but it should help improve overall appearance. Clear Gel is more suited for treating active acne and will not have much impact on reducing scars.
