My father is 67 years old and we have taken a urine test for him as he mentioned that the color of his urine has been yellow for quite some time. In the urine test report, it shows pus cells 25 to 30 per HPF, RBC 4 to 5 per HPF, and epithelial cells 4 to 6 per HPF. What does this mean? Can you please provide your guidance? I am attaching the report with this query. Thank you in advance.

These findings are suggestive of chronic UTI or prostatitis. You should take a urine culture test and an ultrasound KUB scan to determine the cause and proceed with treatment.
