My father has tongue cancer that has now spread to his throat. We're really confused about what treatment to go for some relatives suggested homeopathy, so we started that today. But the ENT specialist recommended surgery after seeing the biopsy and MRI reports. My father is scared of the operation and doesn't want to go through with it. I don't know what to do should we stick with homeopathy or follow the doctor's advice for surgery? What's the best way to treat this?

View allMy dad was just diagnosed with esophageal cancer at Stage IIB and we're really confused about the best treatment options. Should we go for surgery right away or consider chemo and radiotherapy first? The reports show it's progressed a bit and we're not sure what approach would work best for his case. Could you help us understand what treatments might be most effective? We're especially worried about whether surgery alone would be enough or if combining treatments would give better results. The diagnosis has us pretty overwhelmed and we'd really appreciate some clarity on the possible next steps.

I noticed a hard lump on my right breast that doesn't hurt but seems to be getting bigger. Is there any way to treat this without surgery? What could be causing it?
A hard lump in the breast that isn't painful and seems to be growing warrants a medical evaluation. While some breast lumps, like fibroadenomas or cysts, can be treated without surgery, others, including those related to breast cancer, may require more invasive procedures. Consulting a doctor or healthcare provider is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment recommendations
