View allMy mom had breast conservation surgery and just got her biopsy report but still waiting for ER PR results. The staging says T1N1aMx and mentions metastasis couldn't be determined - does this mean they don't have enough data or are unsure? Also, I read stage IIA cancers are nonmetastatic, so why does it say Mx then? What does this report mean and what should we do next?

I've recently noticed a lump in my right breast and saw a doctor, had a scan done, and it showed up in the retro areola region. I was given some medicine, but now I've got swelling and it's really painful. The lump seems to be moving around. What should I do next?

my dad was diagnosed with stage 3 stomach cancer but he's feeling okay right now. what are the treatment options at this stage - can he still have surgery or is chemotherapy the main route? also how good are the survival chances if he's currently doing well?
yes,both surgery and chemotherapy are advised.Survival rate is around 5-10 percent depending on the site and location of the cancer.
