My foreskin is really tight and I can't pull it back all the way. I don't want surgery are there any creams or ointments that can help loosen it quickly?

I have kidney stones in both kidneys 16mm in the right kidney mid pole and 14mm and 67mm stones in the left kidney. My doctor suggested laser treatment for both kidneys at the same time. Is it safe to do both surgeries together or are there risks I should know about?
