My FSH level is 11.7, testosterone is 127, and LH is 6.98. We are planning to undergo orchiopexy surgery. After the surgery, what are the chances of fertility or conceiving a biological child? My semen analysis report shows azoospermia.

Orchiopexy improves the chance of preserving fertility but may not reverse azoospermia. Post surgery, sperm production might improve. Your doctor may suggest sperm retrieval techniques later.
