My grandma had her routine blood checkup in which her urine report shows pus cells 15 to 20 per hpf. She does not have any complaints except occasional urinary incontinence for which she is taking Ayurvedic medicine. What does the presence of pus cells indicate?

Likely asymptomatic UTI. If no fever or burning, aggressive treatment may not be needed. Monitor.
