My grandmother urine test showed positive occult blood. Our doctor prescribed Cital, and she has been taking it for 12 days. However, in the last 2 days, she has developed swelling in her feet and face. Could you please confirm if Cital is the right medication for her condition?

Occult blood may indicate a urinary issue or infection. Swelling in the face and feet could suggest a kidney or heart related side effect. Please consult her physician immediately.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test or Take a Urine Protein Test Test
