My hepatitis B report is as follows: 1. DNA Quantitative Amount is 42,200 2. HBsAg is Reactive 3. Surface Antigen is Negative 4. LFT is Normal Please advise what steps I should take next. Should I be worried about these results?

A DNA level of 42200 suggests low to moderate viral load. Normal LFT is reassuring. No urgent concern, but regular follow up with a liver specialist is important to monitor liver health and infection status. Visit the doctor with reports
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a HBV DNA QUALITATIVE Test or Take a HBsAg Test (Hepatitis B surface antigen) Test
