Is it OK to remove stool with finger?

Manual evacuation of stool with finger may be done sometimes but it can cause trauma and anal bleeding if more force is used. It is always better to visit a nearest doctor who can safely help in removing stools.

I've been dealing with ongoing diarrhea for the past couple of weeks. It's strange because I'm not getting dehydrated or feeling tired, but when the abdominal pain hits, I have to rush to the restroom. I've noticed that sometimes the stools are loose, but not always; they're mostly normal. I've tried taking Lomofen tablets, but they don't seem to make a difference. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I've noticed something odd with my stomach latelylike the left side is getting bigger than the right. During the day it's fine, but at night it feels like it's full of air and can be kind of noisy and annoying. And when I try to sleep, it's causing a really uncomfortable inner temperature increase, like my body's overheating and it makes me feel weak. Any idea what might be going on?
