I'm really concerned about my situation. I think I might have piles, but I haven't seen a doctor yet. I've been using Anovate for about 78 months, and it used to help with the pain. However, since coming abroad and having to walk a lot, the pain has become unbearable, especially when walking, and now I can feel a bump in my anus. There's also some bleeding when I pass stool. I'm planning to return to India in a week, but the pain is getting too much to handle, and it's hard to walk. I'm using stool softeners, but they're not really helping, and the bump just seems to be getting bigger. Anovate isnt working anymore, and I'm not sure what else I can do until I get back.
