I've been dealing with anal fissures for the past few days, and it's gotten really itchy. Luckily, there's no pain yet. I'm wondering if seeing a dermatologist is the right move for this type of issue. Do they handle anal fissures, or should I be looking at another kind of specialist?

I've been dealing with piles for the last 3 months where this vein-like thing keeps coming out when I go to the bathroom and I have to push it back in. Surgery isn't an option for me are there any tablets or sprays that can help shrink this thing so it stops popping out?

Is surgery the only option for treating a fistula and is it actually safe and effective Also can the muscles that control stool be preserved if it's a complex fistula I'm really worried and need some advice
