My last period was from 3.8.2017 to 7.8.2017, and it has been more than a month without periods. I consulted a gynecologist and got a pelvic scan done. My report shows anteverted midline 7.6x3.4x2.6 cm, myometrial echoes normal, endometrial echo 7.3 mm, right ovary cystic 4.0x3.1 cm, left ovary normal. Is all good?

The cyst may be a functional or simple cyst and can happen during cycles. If your doctor is not concerned and you have no pain, it is usually observed for a few weeks. The uterus and endometrium look fine.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a FSH, LH, PROLACTIN Test or Take a PROGESTERONE Test

View allSince my first menstrual cycle I had irregular periods. During the last three years the problems have increased, including lower abdomen pain during the delayed period as premenstrual cramps. The cramps are less painful during the periods but due to bloating the flow has not been good. I sneeze a lot when the blockage happens and then the flow is released with lumps. My stamina, resistance to infections, immunity, memory, and other health aspects have decreased over time with an increase in headache resulting in migraine, nausea, restlessness, bad mood, anxiety, and back pain. Digestion has also been an issue during the last three years as I traveled to a few cities which led to stomach infections that took more than a year to improve. Still the problem exists. This time I got the results of the tests and I am attaching them here. Vitamin D25 hydroxy is 41.26 nmol per L. Looking at all my problems, please let me know natural solutions and vitamin supplements?

I want to conceive. My report says both ovaries are bulky in volume with a PCO pattern, and there are multiple small follicles seen with central echogenic parenchyma. The right ovary volume is 23 ml, and the left is 13 ml. Can I get pregnant or not, and is this a serious issue?

I have not had my periods since 20th February, despite having normal blood reports and other test results. Lately, I am experiencing a lot of pelvic/abdominal pain. This is not due to pregnancy.
