My last period was from 3.8.2017 to 7.8.2017, and it has been more than a month without periods. I consulted a gynecologist and got a pelvic scan done. My report shows anteverted midline 7.6x3.4x2.6 cm, myometrial echoes normal, endometrial echo 7.3 mm, right ovary cystic 4.0x3.1 cm, left ovary normal. Is all good?

The cyst may be a functional or simple cyst and can happen during cycles. If your doctor is not concerned and you have no pain, it is usually observed for a few weeks. The uterus and endometrium look fine.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...

Hi, last year I experienced an irregular menstrual cycle and did not get my periods for 1.5 months. When I consulted a gynecologist, she prescribed a tablet for 10 days, and after 15 days, I got my periods. My scan report showed no ovarian cysts, and my blood report showed no thyroid issues. Everything was normal. Now, after 3 to 4 months, I am facing the same irregular cycle. It has been 2.5 months, and I still have not got my periods. How can I overcome this?
