My left ear has been feeling heavy and blocked constantly, with sounds echoing inside. I can't hear people properly when they speak slowly. The doctor I saw recommended surgery, but I'm not sure what's causing this or if surgery is really needed. Can you help me understand what might be going on based on my reports?

View allI'm really struggling with a runny nose that's been going on for like a year now. Whenever I take citrazine, it works for about three days, but then the symptoms just come back. I remember using Efcorlin nasal drops around 10 years ago for the same issue, and it helped a lot. Is there any way I can get a prescription for it online? It's been quite frustrating to deal with this on a regular basis.

I've been dealing with a swollen and painful lymph node under my chin for a while now. Plus, my nose won't stop bleeding, and it's been happening for the last two months. I'm also having this weird feeling like something's stuck in my throat, which makes it hard to swallow food. What could be going on with me?
