View allI'm really worried because a little piece of my tooth in the upper jaw, close to my wisdom tooth, broke off a couple of days ago, and it just keeps hurting constantly. I've been taking Zerodol-P and Augmentin 375 like someone suggested to help with the pain, but it's not getting any better. Should I be doing anything else before I can see a dentist, or is there something specific I should ask them?

I'm a bit concerned because lately, people sleeping near me have been telling me that I grind my teeth while I'm asleep. It's strange because Im not aware of it at all and it doesnt happen when Im awake. What could be causing this?
Based on your symptoms, it's possible that you might be pregnant. The vibrations in your stomach could be early fetal movement, although it's unlikely to feel movement this early. To confirm, take a home pregnancy test or consult your gynecologist for a blood test and further guidance. In the meantime, ensure you're getting plenty of rest and staying hydrated.

The first four teeth in my upper jaw that show when I smile seem too big for me. They're not sticking out and are actually well-aligned, but they measure 10mm in length and 7mm in width. I'm not sure if I'm overthinking it, but it really affects my confidence I avoid open-mouth smiles and just do closed-lip ones instead. Is there a way to fix this? Can the length be trimmed down a bit, or would I need surgery to remove them and replace them with smaller artificial teeth?
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.
