My little girl is just 10 months old and she's got this nasty fungal infection in her diaper area. It's really red and I'm worried it hurts her. She cries whenever we touch that spot. Can anyone tell me how to treat this kind of fungal infection in babies? Is homoeopathy an option here?

I'm dealing with a lot of acne after getting my face threaded, and my doctor put me on Minoz OD and Avene Triacneal cream for 10 days. The thing is, my acne's actually getting worse, and the scars look more noticeable. I thought the cream would make it peel, but it's just drying it out, and I'm not seeing any peeling even after 10 days. I'm wondering how long I'm supposed to keep using this stuff before I see any results? Why am I ending up with new pimples every day? Could it be the treatment or just a coincidence? Ive never had this many pimples on my face before. What should I do? Any insights on how long it usually takes for acne to fade with these treatments?

I've had multiple small lipomas on both hands for the past 23 years, with some on my stomach and chest too. About 12 of them hurt when pressed hard. New ones keep appearing, and some older ones are getting bigger. Every doctor I've seen says surgery is the only option, but there are so many and I'm worried about scarring. Is there a safe treatment that can stop new lipomas from forming?
excision is advised to the patient, also surgery opinion at apollo hospital for further tt.
