My little girl is just 10 months old and she's got this nasty fungal infection in her diaper area. It's really red and I'm worried it hurts her. She cries whenever we touch that spot. Can anyone tell me how to treat this kind of fungal infection in babies? Is homoeopathy an option here?

I've been struggling with psoriasis for the past three years, and the scalp psoriasis is really getting to me. I've been using KZ shampoo, Flucort H, and Zydip lotion, but I'm not seeing much improvement. Are there any other treatments or advice you could suggest to help manage this? I'm starting to feel really frustrated with it all.
