My mom is 66, 45 inches tall and weighs 52 kg. She has COPD and severe sleep apnea but has been using CPAP for 2 months now. Also has thyroid issues, BP and anxiety. Found multiple 8mm gallstones with very mild occasional pain but no vomiting, fever and good appetite. Is she okay to go ahead with surgery next month or should we wait?

This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

View allHey, so I just got an HRCT chest scan for Covid-19, and it turns out there's subsegmental atelectasis in the posterior segment of my right upper lobe. Can someone tell me what this means? What might have caused it? Is this something serious like cancer? And is there a way to treat it? Also, where can I find a top doctor for this? A little backgroundI had TB back in 2010 and was treated for it, plus I do smoke.

I've been dealing with a dry and cold cough for the past week, and it's really starting to worry me. My doctor prescribed azikem 500, but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to take. Is this medication typically recommended for these symptoms, or should I be considering something else? Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of while taking this?

I've recently quit smoking, but I'm still dealing with a persistent cough and a constant flow of mucus. It's been a while since I stopped, and I'm concerned about why these symptoms aren't going away. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?
