View allI've been dealing with a sprained ankle for about 18 days now and there's still some swelling. I saw an ortho who checked the X-rays and said there's no fracture, just a sprain. He gave me Dolanzen and Lormoto for two weeks. The pain's better, but I'm still having trouble walking and there's some swelling left. How long does it usually take to fully heal from a sprain like this? Do you think the meds I'm on are okay? What can I do to get rid of the remaining swelling?
Yes there is cure for that visit Psychiatrist for appropriate management

I hurt myself about three months ago, and my recent MRI shows I've got a grade 3 meniscal tear. I'm really concerned about whether or not this can heal without surgery. If I stick to proper physical therapy and medication, is there a chance it might recover on its own? I'm looking for some guidance here.
A grade 3 meniscal tear typically requires surgical intervention, but with proper physical therapy and medication, some patients may experience symptom relief and functional improvement without surgery; however, the tear itself may not fully heal on its own, and surgery, such as meniscectomy or meniscal repair, may still be necessary to prevent further damage, alleviate pain, and restore knee function; consult an orthopedic specialist to discuss the best course of treatment for your specific condition.

Hey, I noticed this hard lump on my right rib cage. It doesn't hurt when I touch it, and it stays in place, feeling just like bone. But sometimes it hurts a little on its own, and I've got this pain around my right shoulder blade too. Any idea what this could be?
The bony lump on your right rib cage, which is hard, non-mobile, and occasionally painful, along with referred pain to the right shoulder blade, may indicate a benign bone growth or lesion, such as an osteochondroma, costal exostosis, or a bone spur, but a thorough medical evaluation, including imaging tests like X-rays or a CT scan, is necessary to determine the exact cause and appropriate course of action.
