My mom had an accident day before yesterday and broke her shoulder joint. Her creatinine is 1.5 and hemoglobin is 6.8, plus she has triple vessel disease that's borderline. She's already on medications is it safe to go ahead with shoulder surgery given her kidney function and heart condition?

Shoulder surgery in a patient with kidney issues and heart disease needs careful evaluation. Consult with both an orthopedic surgeon and a cardiologist to assess the risks before proceeding.

View allI'm a 45-year-old woman, 66 kgs and 5.2 ft tall, mostly at home doing housework. Lately, I've been having knee pain, especially when climbing stairs or standing for more than 5 minutes. An orthopedic surgeon did an X-ray and said it's early-stage patellofemoral arthritis, but there's no specific treatment just some physio. Can you guide me on what I should and shouldn't do in my daily life to manage this better?
Avoid stairs, high-impact tasks; strengthen quads, wear proper footwear—weight loss also helps knee arthritis.
