My mom had an accident day before yesterday and broke her shoulder joint. Her creatinine is 1.5 and hemoglobin is 6.8, plus she has triple vessel disease that's borderline. She's already on medications is it safe to go ahead with shoulder surgery given her kidney function and heart condition?

Had ACL reconstruction surgery a month ago and my periods are late my last cycle started right before the surgery. Normally, my next cycle comes around 45 days early. Could the anesthesia or strong meds from the surgery be causing this delay?
