what are the best non-surgical treatments for phimosis besides stretching exercises i'm looking for options that don't involve surgery and want to know what actually works
For non-surgical phimosis treatment options beyond stretching, topical steroid creams and balloon dilation are commonly used. Steroid creams, like betamethasone or hydrocortisone, can soften and stretch the foreskin, often combined with stretching exercises. Balloon dilation involves inflating a small balloon under the foreskin to gradually stretch it, usually performed under local anesthesia. Good hygiene and addressing any underlying infections are also crucial
