My mom had an ultrasound that showed a 20 mm simple cortical cyst in the lower pole of her right kidney. Two months later, another ultrasound from a different lab showed the cyst grew to 30mm x 23mm in the same kidney. Is this size concerning and does she need surgery for it?

View allCould you help me understand something that happened early this morning around 5 a.m.? I was asleep, and suddenly I had some sexual thoughts. Right then, sperms were ejected from my penis. Is this something normal, or could there be an issue that I need to be worried about?
It's completely normal for sexual thoughts or dreams to lead to spontaneous ejaculation, especially during sleep. This is a natural physiological response, often referred to as a "nocturnal emission" or "wet dream." It doesnt indicate any underlying health issue and is a common occurrence for many people.
