My mom has been bleeding non-stop for the past 8 days and the doctor prescribed Ovral L and methergin. Her sonography report says she has an anteverted bulky uterus measuring 12.48.36.1cm with 14.7mm endometrial thickness. There's also a 4.03.7cm intramural hypoechoic lesion and multiple small follicles in both ovaries. Is surgery the only option or can this be managed with medication?

I've been dealing with soreness in one of my nipples for a few days now, and its really uncomfortable when I touch it. A few months back, I had some discharge from the same nipple and underwent an ultrasound and several blood tests, but everything came back negative. Ive been on birth control pills for about 7 years. Any ideas on why I might be experiencing this pain, even though there's no discharge or other issues right now?

My TVS report says there's a heteroechoic lesion around 13-15 mm in the fundal region of the uterus, likely a fibroid. It also mentions an enlarged right ovary with a cyst, bulky cervix, and uterine fibroids. Can this be treated with medication or will I need surgery?
