Knee replacement surgery is generally very successful and can significantly improve quality of life for patients. Studies show that 90-95% of patients experience significant pain relief and improved function. Many patients are able to resume normal activities, such as walking, climbing stairs, and engaging in low-impact exercise

View allI have a congenital curve in my penis that bends to the left like a banana, around 30-35 degrees. Do I need surgery for this? I'm still a virgin and worried about how this might affect me. What are my options?
Most congenital penile curvatures are mild and don't require treatment. But in more severe cases, your penis is significantly bent or twisted along the shaft. This can make you feel self-conscious, cause pain or affect sexual function.

I'm only 52 inches tall and feel really frustrated because everyone in my family is taller than me, even my siblings. I have bow legs (genu varum) which makes me look even shorter. Are there any treatments like growth hormones or surgery that could help me grow taller? How much would they cost? I'm struggling with this so much that it's affecting my mental health who should I consult for help?
At 52 inches with genu varum, limb lengthening or correction can help—consult ortho/plastic surgeon.

I've had a completely dissolved left hip joint for the past 13 years, which has made my left leg about one and a half inches shorter than my right. I just had a baby via C-section and am currently breastfeeding. When would be a safe time for me to get hip replacement surgery? Walking has become really difficult for me lately.
If you have recently delivered a baby through C section, you should wait for atleast three months to allow the body to recover. Even after three months, your blood tests and other investigations should be done and surgery should be performed only if you are medically fit for the same. Hip replacement is not an emergency and is an elective procedure. When performed by a Joint replacement surgeon/ Fellowship trained Orthopaedic surgeon, you will get excellent long term results.
