My mom was diagnosed with colon cancer during rectal surgery without a biopsy first. Is it okay to diagnose cancer without doing a biopsy? I'm really worried about whether this was the right way to do it.

I'm really worried about my fibroadenoma in my left breast. It's been there for around three years now, and I've been taking Ayurvedic medicine for the last 7 months, but the size seems to be about 32.75cm. Is this normal? Should I be doing something else for treatment or getting it checked out further? It's really stressing me out, and I'd appreciate any advice on what to do next.
