my mom was just diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and her doctor recommended surgery - is open surgery or endoscopic better or can this be treated with meds instead

View allCan someone help me understand if surgery is really needed based on this MRI report? The person is currently on meds but the doctor hasn't recommended physiotherapy yet just exercises. The neck pain started in April and keeps coming back, even shooting down to the right arm. Why would the doctor only suggest exercises and not physio?

my husband had k wiring surgery on his right hand middle finger 4 days ago and now he's getting severe nerve pain in his fingers can dolo tablet help with this pain or should we consider something else

How long does it take to recover from this injury if I choose physiotherapy versus surgery I have my marriage coming up in 30 days and I really want to be back to normal by then which option would get me there faster
