View allI'm 25 and dealing with Pott's spine. I've been on AKT treatment for the past 7 months and recent MRIs show the pus is going down. I did an LFT test and noticed that my alkaline phosphatase is a bit high at 126, while the normal range is 46 to 116. Everything else looks okay. Should I be worried about this? What other medications can I take to help with the side effects of AKT? A friend of mine mentioned trying LIVRITE for 15 days and Bendon while continuing AKT. What do you think I should do?

I damaged my knee cartilage and heard it doesn't heal well on its own are there any surgeries or treatments that can actually help regenerate it or am I stuck with this forever
While knee cartilage doesn't naturally regenerate, several surgical and nonsurgical treatments can help repair, regenerate, or replace damaged cartilage. You're not necessarily "stuck" with the damage if you seek appropriate medical care.

Ive been dealing with a problem between the L4 and L5 for the last 25 days. Initially, I suffered from back pain, but now for the past 10 days, the pain has moved to the right side of my leg and is not so much in my back. Is this something I should be worried about, and what can I do to alleviate it?
You are now experiencing referred pain, because the nervous supply of the legs takes root from the lumbo-sacral section of the spine. The treatment will involve physiotherapy and non-steroidal anti inflammatory medication. In order to determine extent and severity, consult a spine surgeon for a reliable treatment plan.
