My mom's been dealing with pleural effusion and has been on AKT4 for about a week, but she's been super dizzy and sleepy ever since. I'm not sure why she's feeling so drowsy, and I'm really worried. Could this be a side effect of the medicine or maybe it's not the right fit for her?

A specialist recommended that they rest for six months, but just recently, they've started experiencing more problems. Could you give some advice on what we should do next?
