I'm feeling kind of anxious about my wife's recent obstetrical scan. It showed a single live fetus in the cephalic position at 29 weeks with a mature grade III placenta in the upper segment. Is it still possible for us to go through a normal vaginal delivery with these findings?

Is it safe to deliver at 36 weeks?
If your baby is born between 34 and 36 weeks gestation, he or she is considered "late preterm. Most premature babies develop normally with no serious long-term problems.
