My mom's started shivering all of a sudden, but she doesn't have a fever. I'm not sure what could be causing this. Could it be from the cold, or could it be something like an infection instead? Any ideas on what we should do?

I'm a bit worried because my dog, who's usually hanging out with street dogs, accidentally gave me a playful bite on my arm. It didn't bleed, just got a bit red and swollen, but that went away the next day.
