Fell off my bike and hurt my hand. I got a TT shot and some ointment from the doctor, but they didn't do any dressing on the wound. Should I have it dressed, or is it okay to leave it as is?

View allI'm a bit worried because I've been coughing every 5 minutes for almost 3 days now, and it's a dry cough. I've tried taking honey, Benadryl, Althromycin, and Novaclox 500, but nothing seems to help. Any idea what might be going on or what else I could try?
Try steam inhalation five times daily. It should give you relief for your cough and continue the course for 2 more days

I got my vaccine today, and I'm wondering if it's okay to smoke afterwards. Should I wait before lighting up, and for how long if needed? Is smoking even related to the vaccine at all? I was advised not to drink alcohol after the shot, but no one mentioned anything about smoking. What should I do?
i will not advise you for smoking and conxuming liquor because all these cause bad impact on our health

I'm feeling really cold since yesterday and there's this constant pain in my leg that just won't go away. I'm also experiencing dizziness along with full body aches; it was really bad last night. What could be causing all these symptoms? Should I be concerned or is there something I can do at home to feel better?
