My RBS in the blood report is 182. Do I have diabetes? Can you explain this and tell me if it can be reduced?

A random blood sugar of 182 is high and may indicate diabetes or prediabetes. You need to get a fasting blood sugar and HbA1c test to confirm. Avoid sweets and refined carbs until then. Please consult a doctor.

There were two HbA1c tests done one week apart. The first result was 5.6, and the second result was 5.7. If I am prediabetic, please suggest what to do next. Can it be reduced below 5.7 without prediabetic medications?

Today, I received my blood test report, and my fasting blood sugar level is 107. This is the first time my sugar level has been high; two months ago, it was only 80. I am 30 years old and have been using some hormone medications for infertility over the past two months. What tests should I get done now, and does this mean I am diabetic?
