I have had jock itch for the last 2 years. It goes away temporarily if I take medicine for about 7 days, but it comes back within 15 days. I cannot sleep properly at night and feel uncomfortable during the day at the office. I have now shifted to Ayurvedic medicines, but it is taking longer, and the itch is still there. I did some blood tests, which show my CBC count is low. My Ayurveda doctor said this means I have a weak immune system, which is why I get infections continuously. I also have thyroid with TSH 8.45. Can Ayurveda help me? Is this because of a weak immune system? I just want to get rid of the jock itch first. Please help.

Hi, my blood sugar levels are high. According to the latest test report, fasting blood sugar is 190 mg/dL and postprandial is 340 mg/dL. I am already on medication, but my sugar levels are still very high.
