In my recent liver function test, my SGPT levels are at 51, while everything else is in the normal range. Should I be concerned about the SGPT being at 51? Also, are there any recommendations on what I can do or take to improve this?

View allI'm feeling really uneasy and have this terrible vomiting sensation along with gas. I've tried taking pudin hara tablets and even vomited once, but the feeling hasn't gone away. I also took a pantop 40 for the gas, but I'm still not feeling any better. Since it's Dussehra, I'm not sure if I can find a doctor right now apart from emergency services. Could you please advise me on what I can do to actually vomit and maybe feel some relief?

Is it possible to permanently cure GERD chest pain without surgery or is medication the only option I really want to understand if there's a long-term solution for this

I recently had an ultrasound without any particular reason and it showed I have a gallstone that's 16mm. The thing is, I'm not having any pain or issues right now. Should I be thinking about removing my gallbladder? I'm just not sure what the best course of action is.
