In my recent liver function test, my SGPT levels are at 51, while everything else is in the normal range. Should I be concerned about the SGPT being at 51? Also, are there any recommendations on what I can do or take to improve this?

I've been noticing that after I eat even a small amount or just drink a glass of water, I feel really full in my upper stomach, but my lower stomach feels empty. It's kind of weird and sometimes my stomach even hurts. Also, I've been needing to go to the washroom every 3 to 4 hours after eating. Sometimes, it's like there's a lot of pressure for a bowel movement. What could be going on with my stomach?
That could be gastritis, take antacids and consume bland diet and more water to ease your stomach and take adequate rest

I've got a bit of a situation with my grade 2 fatty liver. I've been walking around 34 kms every day, trying to keep active. I take Ursocol 300 twice daily after meals, but I've also been battling some acid reflux, which is adding to my stress and affecting my sleep. Lately, I've been having bowel movements 3 to 4 times a day. Just today, I ate a full plate of papaya in the morning, and by noon, I could smell papaya when I went to the bathroom. I noticed this before when I ate a couple of servings of cabbage and some spinach juice. I took a Darolac tablet at night to help with digestion. This never used to happen to me, and I'm a bit concerned. Could this be connected to my liver or should I be looking into something else?
No need to worry you are doing good just consume balanced diet and maintain physical activity and follow your doctor advice.
