As per my report, IgE antibody is high. This problem has been there for many years. I have itching in the body which stops after taking Cetirizine and some dark patches in the pelvic area. Please explain in detail?

Elevated IgE levels usually indicate an allergic tendency or chronic skin condition like eczema or atopic dermatitis. If the itching is controlled by Cetirizine, it is likely allergy related. However, dark patches in the pelvic area may need further evaluation for skin changes due to prolonged scratching or other causes. Long term management should be discussed with a dermatologist.

Take a IgE Test Test or Take a ESR Test (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) Test

I have early small airway obstruction. Spirometry shows severe restriction with FVC percentage less than 45 and FEV1 divided by FVC percentage greater than 70. I have also taken an HRCT chest, which is normal. I have attached my report. Please help me with this?

My nephew has been developing sudden redness and water filled blisters on his legs and hands, which resolve on their own within a few days. His blood reports appear normal, and we have consulted multiple dermatologists, but none have been able to identify the root cause of these recurring blisters. I have attached images for reference. Could you please review them and share any insights or suggestions you may have? Thank you in advance.
