My report shows that LUC is high. I heard this might be related to an infection, possibly even HIV. Could you please advise?

LUC (large unstained cells) are atypical cells seen in infections, allergies, or inflammation, not specific for HIV. An elevated LUC often reflects a recent viral infection or immune response. Please repeat a Complete Blood Count with differential and consider a peripheral smear for clarity. If you have HIV risk factors, an HIV antibody/antigen test can provide definitive screening. View allHi this is my current report. I recently recovered from covid and since then I feel very weak. My platelets are also low. Please see my report and let me know if any medicine is required?

My wife is experiencing headache, body pain, lower abdominal pain, nausea, and loss of appetite. Two months ago, she had low platelets and typhoid, but was treated and diagnosed at that time. Now she is having similar problems again. Recently, her hematology tests were done, including CRP, ESR, CBC, and routine urine examination. I have attached the test reports for your reference. Please advise on the next steps.

I was diagnosed with typhoid and recovered a month ago. Now I get a fever every second day. After taking medicine, the fever goes away but returns after a day or two. I remain normal when there is no fever but feel weak. My blood test report shows RBC 3.9, Monocyte 2.0, WBC 13,100, and Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate 34. Please suggest?
