My report shows that LUC is high. I heard this might be related to an infection, possibly even HIV. Could you please advise?

LUC (large unstained cells) are atypical cells seen in infections, allergies, or inflammation, not specific for HIV. An elevated LUC often reflects a recent viral infection or immune response. Please repeat a Complete Blood Count with differential and consider a peripheral smear for clarity. If you have HIV risk factors, an HIV antibody/antigen test can provide definitive screening. Review all results with your doctor

View allOne year ago, my periods started getting delayed to 35 or 38 days, but not more than that. I consulted a gynecologist who advised me to get a scan. After reviewing the scan report, I was diagnosed with PCOD. I experience pain on the right side when my period comes. The doctor did not prescribe any medication but told me to reduce my weight. I weighed 88 kg before and now I am 74 kg. My periods have become regular, coming every 30 or 31 days, but I am having heavy bleeding with large blood clots, feeling very weak, and experiencing pain on the right side. The heavy flow lasts for 4 to 5 days. Please help me understand what I should do about this problem. I am waiting for your reply.

For the past 3 to 4 months, he has been experiencing difficulty during urination. When he feels the urge to urinate, he is only able to pass about 30 to 40 percent of it and cannot empty his bladder completely. He also feels pain internally during the process. After a short time, the urge returns, but again he is unable to fully empty his bladder. I have attached his test report for your review.

I recently got tested for a pap smear and my report is negative, but I am having endocervicitis, inflammation, and mild pain. Is it okay to do exercise and yoga while having cervicitis? Or should I avoid workouts?
