my right eye has a minor retinal detachment seen on OCT and fluorescence angiography causing some blurry vision is surgery the only way to fix this or are there other options

I'm considering ICL surgery but not sure which hospital in India would be the best for such high prescriptions. Any recommendations based on experience with extreme cases like mine?
For high myopia, LVPEI Hyderabad and Sankara Nethralaya Chennai are best for ICL surgery.

If I opt for SMILE, which has a tiny incision and no flap, will they still be able to detect it during the exam?

One of my eyelids is more droopy than the other and it's been like this since birth. Are there any non-surgical ways to even them out or make them look more symmetrical? It's something I've always been self-conscious about.
