I have to undergo a medical exam for Indian Railways where LASIK or similar vision correction surgeries aren't allowed, but my only shot at being medically fit is to get LASIK or SMILE since I wear glasses. If I opt for SMILE, which has a tiny incision and no flap, will they still be able to detect it during the exam?

This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

My vision is 69 with 0.75 power in both eyes and I'm considering LASIK or PRK surgery. I need to reach at least 66 vision without glasses is it safe to go for the procedure with my current prescription? Just worried if my power is too low for surgery to be effective.
Low myopia (0.75D) is suitable for LASIK/PRK;with proper screening, you can expect to achieve vision 6/6 safely.
