In my semen analysis, my sperm count was nil. I have done a scrotum scan, which was normal. I have also done tests for LH, FSH, and testosterone. What is this issue called, and is it curable?

Nil sperm count in semen analysis is called azoospermia. Since your scrotum scan is normal, hormone tests (LH, FSH, Testosterone) will help check if it is due to hormonal imbalance or a blockage. Some causes of azoospermia are treatable depending on the reason. Consult an andrologist or fertility specialist for further evaluation and treatment options.

View allHello, I have had varicocele for many years and sometimes I thought of getting it corrected but I came to know about complications as well. I do not have pain or discomfort but it occurs only if I do intense workout, so I stopped that and started doing light workout. My main issue is reduced fertility as I do not feel as aroused as before varicocele. I do get nightfall once or twice in a week. Reduced fertility and mental disturbances bother me and I sometimes feel underconfident while speaking with someone. Please check my report and advise based on the report?

Hi, I am a married male, 28 years old. From the last two days, while having sex it is taking too much time 20 to 30 minutes to ejaculate compared to my normal time within 15 minutes. I am even trying hard to get discharge quickly but not able to, so I am concerned. Erection is also taking some time, which I never experienced earlier. From the last 5 days, I am taking Q10 tablet for sperm morphology my report says 25 percent normal and 75 percent abnormal shape, and from the last 2 days, I am taking Ultracet tablet for knee pain. I have attached my semen analysis report. Is that a normal report? Please advise. Can you please let me know on this?
