My skin seems to tan super quickly, even when I use high SPF sunscreen. I get that it's just my skin's way of protecting itself from the sun. But is there any way I can get rid of this tan completely? Would love any effective methods you might have!

Elevated NT-proBNP levels indicate increased cardiac stress.
With an LVEF of 25%, your mother's heart is under significant strain.
High NT-proBNP levels can indicate a higher risk of adverse cardiac events.
Consult her cardiologist about adding medications to reduce NT-proBNP levels and alleviate cardiac stress.
Medications like ACE inhibitors, beta-blockers, or ARBs may be prescribed.
Close monitoring of her condition, including regular echocardiograms and blood tests, is crucial.

View allI've been dealing with some itchy spots around my bikini line and butt, and I've tried using itch guard cream and candid dusting powder, which helped at first, but the itching keeps coming back. Just the other day, I noticed I have some ringworm on my thighs too. I'm really frustrated and worried about why these things keep happening. What can I do to stop this once and for all?
You've been taking Rablet-D (Rabeprazole + Domperidone) for 20 years to manage severe burning and acidity after food. I've noticed a black mark showing up on my forehead right where I usually put my bindi, and it's been there for about two months now. I'm really curious about what's going on and would love some advice on how to get rid of it. Any suggestions?
That could be due to allergic reaction, visit Dermatologist for appropriate management and stop using that bindi

I've got these white patches on my knees and elbows, and even after three months of medical treatment, they seem to be spreading. I'm using Tab.vitibex twice a day and applying melgain lotion twice daily too. My diet includes sour and spicy foods. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next. Could it be something I'm missing, or should I be adjusting my treatment or diet somehow? Any advice would be really appreciated!
It seems like you're being treated for vitiligo, a condition causing white patches. Despite 3 months of treatment, the patches are increasing. Concerns with your current treatment and diet: 1. *Treatment duration*: 3 months might not be sufficient for noticeable improvement. 2. *Diet*: Consuming sour and spicy foods may exacerbate vitiligo symptoms. Consider avoiding or reducing these foods. 3. *Sun protection*: Are you using sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily? Recommendations: 1. *Consult your doctor*: Discuss your concerns and the increasing patches. 2. *Dietary changes*: Consider a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. 3. *Sun protection*: Ensure you're using adequate sunscreen and protective clothing. 4. *Alternative treatments*: Your doctor may suggest other options, such as phototherapy or immunomodulators. Schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor to reassess your treatment plan.
