My son tested positive for COVID 19, but my report came back negative. I also had a fever, which has now subsided, though I am still experiencing some weakness. Should I be taking any medicine in this situation?

A negative test and recovered fever suggest you have likely been clear of active infection. No specific COVID 19 medicine is needed. Focus on rest, hydration, and balanced meals. Hi. From Monday onwards my fever has been fluctuating a lot, sometimes 104 and sometimes 99. I am having body and joint pain in my legs. I have a swollen tonsillar lymph node, but it does not hurt. I went to the hospital and they say it is viral fever. My blood results show low lymphocytes, high polymorphs, and high ESR. Can anyone please explain what my report and condition imply?
