My test report in March/April showed HbA1C 9.0, and my current report shows HbA1C 4.6. I used to take insulin, but since September I have been taking tablets as prescribed: Glyciphage SR 500 twice daily before meals and Voglitor MD 0.3. My current FBS is 92 and PPBS is 128. Kindly let me know what I should do?

Since then, I have focused on my diet and walked regularly for 1 hour daily. After 3 months, my HbA1c dropped to 6.01. Today, I checked my blood sugar using a testing kit, my fasting reading was 100 mg/dL, and 1.5 hours after eating, it was 102 mg/dL. Does this post meal result mean low sugar? Is this something to worry about, or does it mean my diabetes is under control or even reversed? Please clarify what this indicates.

Glucose in my urine test shows present + + + +. What does this mean? I am diabetic for 6 years. The rest of my urine test report is normal. My blood sugar level after breakfast is 248, checked at home. Does this indicate early kidney disease? Please reply.
