That could be twitching just ignore it that will adjust on its own,if it's bothering you much you can apply hot sponge on it to relax it.

I've been experiencing something a bit concerning tonight. I sneezed a few times and then noticed small amounts of blood mixed with mucus and saliva for about 5 minutes before it stopped.
