My Widal test report shows: S. Typhi O: 1:80 (Positive) S. Typhi H: 1:160 (Positive) S. Para Typhi AH: 1:160 (Positive) S. Para Typhi BH: 1:80 (Positive) Malaria parasite: Not seen Does this indicate a high, medium, or low likelihood of typhoid? What common medicines are usually prescribed, and are there any food or water precautions I should follow?

Moderate titers indicate possible typhoid or past exposure. If symptomatic, treatment advised. Follow hygiene and food safety.
