View allI've been dealing with a hydrocele for six years. It doesn't hurt anymore, but its size is a real issue, especially when I try to wear tighter pants. It's really uncomfortable. Could you give me some advice on how to reduce its size or manage it better?

I'm experiencing nightfall about 5 or 6 times a month, and when it happens, a white sticky liquid comes out, which I think might be sperm. But when I try to masturbate like most guys do, nothing comes out except urine. I also had sex with my girlfriend using a condom, but didn't feel like any sperm came out then either. Is something wrong with me, or should I be worried about not being able to ejaculate properly?
